Performance information

TigerMulch® has been tested to the relevant British & European Standards for Children's play surfaces. Licensed suppliers will be pleased to give Copies of the certificates. The certificate demonstrate the product has been tested and is suitable for use as a safer surface in play spaces.
All fall height tests were carried out with a sample on "mirror finished" concrete to give the worst case results.

Recycling information

TigerMulch® reduces the amount of waste vehicle tyres going into land fill sites and recycles them as a shredded material that is then coloured. The design of TigerMulch® means the reused rubber reduces the need to make synthetic rubber, which is used in bound rubber surfaces. The installation method usually means that no sub base is required, therefore reducing the stone and aggregate and fuel used in creating such an engineered base.
